1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DANASA (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

DANASA is a print-on-demand publishing platform that lets authors create, publish and sell printed and digital books. Physical printing and distribution are handled by third-party services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all intellectual property rights over the content you publish on the Platform. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to reproduce, distribute and print it solely for the print-on-demand service.

5. Payments and costs

Book prices are set by the authors. DANASA charges no percentage commission on sales. Deducted from each sale are the printing cost, calculated from the book's format, binding and page count; payment processing; and, on printed copies only, a fixed operating cost per copy. The remaining amount belongs to the author. Author payments are processed according to the schedule shown in their dashboard.

6. Prohibited Use

It is forbidden to use the Platform to publish content that infringes third-party copyright, or that is illegal, defamatory, obscene or incites violence. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the processing described in that policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

DANASA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Print quality depends on the print provider's specifications. We strive for uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee it.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
